In the period of the year extending from the first days of March till about the end of April, one can perceive the most significant transformation in nature, also visible within the span of a day. At the same time there is that persistent attempt to measure, construct, mark our territory. Knowing how far away a place is, how long it takes and how one can get there, is not merely a practical problem. There are roads and towns and if one continues to measure, one can arrive at cosmic space that seems even "more infinite", now that its dimensions have been calculated.
